Just to give some context to this period and year in Pretoria , 1931 - Pretoria is officially declared a city and construction of the City Hall begins to celebrate the city-status.

Saville Row (Pty) Ltd is in fact trading as Webbers . Address: 384 Roan Crescent, Corporate Park North, Midrand, 1682.They grew from their first store in Pretoria to 116 retail stores located in rural areas and CBD’s in South Africa.
Not much history are available about these tokens , I am busy liaising with Webbers trying to get some information regarding their history and the Tokens ... One can however estimate these tokens was used around 1935 (three years after first shop opened )to around 1940 (start of Second world war) and used exclusively at the Pretoria branch ... (can be wrong)
About the Tokens:
Made of aluminum, above example is in (EF) Extremely Fine condition which is rare for any token. Size is 31.1mm and they are 1.2mm thick. The edge is smooth.
